Staff selection and orientation

The process of personnel selection is one of the core strategic activities of the Human Resources Service. Its staff follow the whole process leading to the search and selection of new resources by acting according to the principles of efficiency, transparency and fair treatment of candidates in line with the institutional governance policies and with the Charter of Researchers.

The Human Resources Service, in addition to taking care of the initial selection process, supports and provides assistance to the staff from their first contact with the world of Fondazione Bruno Kessler and, with a range of services and activities, accompanies them throughout their personal and professional development paths within the Foundation.

The Welcome Office services, through support and advice in the processing of legal and tax procedures, the assistance on employment laws, rules and regulations facilitate the orientation of the staff of Fondazione Bruno Kessler - be it administrative officers, researchers, PhDs or external collaborators.
