Business skills - Telephone and Email English

Business English aims to develop your speaking skills over the phone and to improve your writing skills in emails. Learning of useful sentences and expressions in order to manage efficiently the complex situations and avoid communication break downs. Participants will need to attend at least 80% of the lessons.

Minimum level required: B2.

Italian courses for foreign staff

The course will focus on the Italian language (grammar, conversation and role plays) as well as on the Italian and Trentino culture (films, guided tours in Trento) in order to learn the language and help integration at FBK and in the local society.
