For FBK, training and qualification of human capital hold a decisive role as they support professional and personal growth, facilitate the achievement of strategic goals and accompany innovation processes, encouraging the dissemination of new organizational cultures that can make change sustainable.

Fondazione Bruno Kessler's Human Resources Service offers its employees a number of opportunities for training and competence qualification.

Each training course is based on a careful analysis of the training needs, which enables the planning of programs suited to improve or enhance the skills necessary to perform a specific activity.

Training actions are mainly dedicated to employees and aim to develop three areas of competences: basic, technical-specialization, soft skills. Basic courses are offered on a yearly basis when the education and training plan is published. Enrollment requests are collected in advance while the courses may be taken throughout the year. On the other hand, programs concerning the development of the other competence areas are planned and offered based on specific needs that have emerged. Each training program is monitored throughout all its stages.
